In the Fall of 2022, Vision To Learn launched a dedicated clinic serving Youngstown, OH and the Mahoning Valley. In partnership with Sight For All United and the United Way of Youngstown & the Mahoning Valley, VTL expanded upon the Sight For All United’s successful school vision program.

“Sight for All United has helped hundreds of students in the Mahoning Valley receive vision services and glasses,” said Dr. Sergul Erzurum, President of Sight for All United. “By partnering with Vision To Learn, we can now help thousands of children see clearly and provide this service for years to come. This collaboration makes a significant dent in correctable vision loss for our students and is a direct result of Sight for All’s mission to help our community see their best.”

Through ongoing partnership with Sight for All United and our Youngstown region’s referral process, students that needed follow-up vision services, have received quality, necessary, all-encompassing care to better their future and overall eye health.

As of June 2025, the Youngstown OH team has provided 6,800 exams, across 32 school districts, to support students across Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties. The program continues to serve and support the communities in and around Youngstown OH.
